Scope and Access

Work is carried out within the agreed scope, subject to safe access, operational constraints and the documentation made available. Any material limitations are identified in the report.

Client Decisions

Findings support the client's assessment of vessel condition and acquisition risk. Commercial, contractual and purchase decisions remain with the client and their appointed advisers.

Confidential Reports

Commissioned reports are prepared for the instructing client and the agreed purpose. Any proposed third-party reliance or distribution should be addressed in the engagement terms.
